Lunch:

Mock ‘Tuna’ Salad wrap in large tortilla with:
1 cup lettuce
¼ cup tomatoes
¼ cup grated carrots
4 ounces applesauce
1 cup fortified soymilk
3 ginger snaps (6 ginger snaps for males)
